• Garage: hand tools, yard tools, patio furniture, sawhorses, yard decor weed eaters, lawnmower, baby pool, dog crate, bench

Estate Sale ‘Rules’

• No Sign up sheet.

• Parking on the street to one side ONLY! Gravel road, hill into the yard, please watch your step. The home owner nor the estate sale company are not liable for any injury or loss on the property. Circular driveway for pick up of purchase only.

• NO public bathroom.

• Forms of payment: Cash and Card [the card has a 3% convenience fee added to the sale]

• As usual, please be nice to your fellow shoppers
