Estate Sale ‘Rules’

• Parking on the street only: This is a mobile home park, please be aware of driveways and pedestrians. There are 5 spots at the clubhouse.

• NO public bathroom.

• Forms of payment: Cash and Card with a 3% convenience fee added

• Must bring Help for Large Item Purchases!
