WHAT TO EXPECT:This home is beautiful inside and out and the contents show that. From the moment you walk through the front door you will find so many lovely home décor items, along with lots of useful items, and garden.
We have a variety of vases, dishes -including blue willow, glasses, and bakeware. You will also find lamps, record albums, Christmas and fall décor. Office supplies, music CDs, linens and more.
Furniture includes Broyhill pieces, like new rocker recliner, king sleigh bed, end tables, bookcase, wall unit and a gorgeous high end roll top deck.
The master bedroom closet is filled with tons of nice clothes, shoes and purses. Lots of pieces from Chico along with several other high-end brands. They range in size from sm-lg.
We also have some men’s coats, collectable ball caps and many other items all from Exxon-Mobile.
Peppered into the mix are some kids’ clothes and toys that the granddaughter has outgrown and a myriad of craft supplies. Some art supplies of stained glass for mosaics. You will also find a backyard filled with yard tools, yard and garden décor and pots. The garage also has a variety of hand tools, drill press, lawnmower and “guy” like stuff.
We sure hope you will pop in to say hi and take a stroll through the house to see what treasures you can’t live without.

Sign-up sheet: We will be there by 8:30am and you can sign up to hold your place in line [and then leave to get breakfast, coffee, or whatever] and we will open at 10 am. (no sheet before 8:30am will be accepted)
Bring help for large item purchases!!! We may not be able to help load.
No public bathroom
Forms of payment taken: Cash and Card [the card has a 3% convenience fee added to the sale]
All sales are final. Items sold are as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
