  WHAT TO EXPECT:

• This estate has so many interesting things and we know you will want to come. It’s got great stuff for everyone; diggers, pickers, collectors and the everyday person who just likes a good deal! The home itself has some wear and tear, so please be prepared for some not so pretty surroundings, but the items are great. There are multiple areas for shopping, inside the house, on the back porch, in the garage and in the RV garage.

  We will have two check outs for this sale. Inside the house for one and the garages for another. So be prepared to check out twice.

  Please note the outside grounds are uneven [and muddy if it’s raining].

  Now onto a list of items you will find here:

  Collections: brown stoneware, ceramic & glass baskets, Sewing & craft items

  1930’s Cleveland cornet (horn)

  Christmas galore: ornaments, lights and bows. Collection of Santa’s, and train ornaments.

  Record player and a few other video equipment.

  Fishing items, bait, hooks and lures, lots of rods and boxes. Reels and line.

  Ammo (lots of different calibers) gun holsters.

  Tools: hand tools, hand saws, yard tools. Toolboxes, gas cans, and cords. Troy-bilt wood chipper, power washer, and a Dremel polisher. Scroll saw.

  Lanterns, cast iron, live edge chunks, bow, chemicals and lots of other items throughout.

  Some yard decor: gnomes, small carved bears and plant pots.

  General: books, dishes, glasses, plastic ware, lots of bakeware, mugs and glasses, shot glasses, pots, flatware, knives, utensils and bowls.

  Dolls, games, lots of books (in multiple areas), frames,

  Home decor, glassware, candle holders, vases baskets. Movies and music. Bags and totes.

  Lots of canning jars.

  Linens: sheets, pillowcases, blankets, doilies, napkins and more.

  Lots of project furniture! Definitely priced to move. Stacking chairs, cabinets, end tables and dressers.
