  WHAT TO EXPECT:

• This estate is a multifaceted treasure trove. I hope you can pop in and shop with us and help the family clean out this home. You will find a plethora of goods in every room from her tough as nails side to her sweet as a cookie side. The following list is just the tip of the iceberg, so please come and check it out for yourself.
  
  Garage: tools- hand tools, tile saws, new drill press, and rock tumbling equipment including a brand-new heavy duty one, and more. Toolboxes. You also find lots of knives- boot, throwing, daggers, and swords.
  Camping gear, and motorcycle riding gear (women’s). Kick boxing bag.
  Studded tires for a dodge (we think 2500)
  Backyard/porch: yard art, concrete stationary, trellis, a metal gazebo (you must dismantle) and two raised garden beds, yard tools, push mower, inflatable hot tub, rocks and so much more. In the covered area you’ll find all kinds of useful items for cleaning, pet, even a couple pieces of furniture.
  Lots of plastic storage bins and drawers.
  Throughout the home: you will find a splendid array of stones and crystals. Her collection is spectacular. Books in a variety of subject matter, a full kitchen, oriental home decor, lamps, a large dragon chess set, sea shells, and more.
  You’ll also find a large amount of leather working tools, rolls of leather and some of her handmade leather purses and belts.
  Furniture includes a beautiful Broyhill queen bed, nightstand and dressers, day bed, corner 3pc desk, shelving, and a couple of shell top tables. They are so pretty.

  We have her karate Gi(s) and belts, Air Force cold gear, leather jackets and some really pretty feminine clothing outfits.
  Appliances: Maytag washer and dryer, chest freezer, and a Beko refrigerator
  We even have a few Cutco knives and scissors
